Rechecked continuity and resoldered the power supply and op amps. Tried distortion sketch and noted that the switches worked but didn't see any real difference (other than the input and output were working). I loaded the octaver sketch and it worked as advertised!
JR, thank you for all your help. My next task is to look at the sketches and see why some work and some don't.

One question about U1 (TL072) pin3 voltage: is 0.1V correct?
I have all other Vs correct except this one - it's ~1V and slowly drops to ~0.87V while measuring.
Also, I've tried to replace TL072 with another ones and still got same result.
The reason I'm asking is that my pedal doesn't work.
Sine gen works good, bypass works good, but fx sketch, i.e. reverb, doesn't work at all. I'm just getting amplified signal without any delay. And rotating pots doesn't help.
Hi, I have my pedalSHIELD powered through the USB and I get 0.16V in pin3 of U1.
It is weird that you get that voltage, specially if Pin1,2 and 5 are 1.65V approx.
- Check continuity in the input components to see that are all connected in the right way, i.e check that pin3 of U1 is connected to R3 and R3 connected to R2 and C1, etc...

Hi, just to share the info with the rest of the users the Sazabi's problem has been fixed.
Seems that the problem was a bad Chinese Arduino Due, so beware:

I took another board and it worked. Thou, U1 pin 3 voltage is still ~1V and drops while measuring to about 0.8V. But pedal works. I've tried only reverb yet and it sound amazing:)"
Hello all, I recently built the pedal shield but only some stuff works. I tried to follow the guide and here is all I got.
I checked all the soldering for shorts and checked the polarities of the capacitors, they are all good. The diodes are placed correctly and the ICs too, there does not seem to be any shorts in the pad. I tried to check the voltages but I'm not sure where to place the black lead of the multi-meter, the sine wave generator works. I tried to upload the programs but my LED is very dim and the effects work sometimes. I tried the metronome it works but when I press the foot switch everything gets loud no matter how i change the volume potentiometer. I loaded the blink program and the LED lights up correctly. I'm thinking that I messed up the positions of the switches or a component is dead. Thanks in advance for any help!
The power rails look good, you have +5 and +5V (or close enough)m maybe could you be a bit more clear about "some stuff works"...? seems that your output stage (signal generator) is fine.
Maybe your input stage is not that fine, did you adjust the input potentiometer VR1? do you have clean signal when you push the foot-switch and disable the effect?
The most important part of the TC1044 is that it is able to generate +5V and -5V (or close to it).
