Hi Vince, thanks for the info!!! 
A folk asked me about the voltage on the op-amps pins for some debugging, so find below the he levels on the op-amps sockets (with the TL072 removed) and only the TC1044 on place:
TESTPOINTS:
+5V: +4.75V
-5V: -4.75V
+3V3=3.28V

pin3:0.1
pin4:-4.7
pin5:1.5
pin6:0.8
pin7:0.8
pin8:4.7
U2
pin1:0
